Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

At SOLEFORM, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order isn't quite what you expected, we're here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

1. Return Window & Conditions

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, SOLEFORM will cover all return shipping costs.

2. Return & Exchange Options

Once your return request is approved, you may choose from the following options:

  • Store Credit: Receive store credit for the full value of your original purchase, which can be used toward any future purchase at SOLEFORM.

  • Replacement: Request a replacement for the same item, subject to product availability.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Return Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your store credit or replacement has been issued.

4. How to Start a Return

Please do not send any items back before receiving return instructions from our support team.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

Our team will review your request and arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

6. Important Information

SOLEFORM reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
