Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and Delivery Policy

At SOLEFORM, we believe your shopping experience should be simple, secure, and transparent. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery estimates, and order tracking.

1. Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 13 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Order Tracking: Your tracking information will be provided within 7 business days after your order is confirmed. Once available, you can use it to follow your package throughout its journey.
International Shipping: Our products are shipped directly from carefully selected fulfillment centers in Asia. Because international shipping involves multiple logistics partners and customs procedures, the estimated delivery time may vary slightly.
Unexpected Delays: In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee delivery within a maximum of 40 business days after your order has been dispatched. If your package has not arrived within this period, you are entitled to a full refund.

Need help with a delayed order?

2. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

No Unexpected Charges.

At SOLEFORM, we want you to shop with confidence.

If any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are charged in connection with your order, SOLEFORM will cover these costs. You will not be required to pay additional import-related charges beyond the amount paid at checkout.
